Comment:

 Very brief testing done on the attached patch - tried to send one email
 and it worked.

 Fixes for PHPMailer Autoloader are retained and only the 2 currently used
 files are included. I think the qmail issue has been fixed upstream now
 but would value a second opinion on that.
