 When creating a new user in WordPress, the dropdown box for roles is as
 follows:

 Subscriber
 Contributor
 Author
 Editor
 Administrator

 My expectation is that roles with the most capabilities are listed at the
 top, but that's not the case. The contextual help tab gives concise
 information on what each roles does but lists them as:

 Administrator
 Editor
 Author
 Contributor
 Subscribers

 I propose reversing the order of the items in the dropdown box to mimic
 the order found within the contextual help tab since it displays roles
 from having the most capabilities to the least. The change would help this
 screen be more consistent.
