 As for accidentally hitting a global reset button, we can just add an AYS
 dialog like we've done for leaving the page when changes are not saved. If
 we're just talking about a single global reset button, it could slide into
 view as soon as any of the settings become dirty (at the same moment the
 Save button becomes enabled).

 Something else to consider, along with a global reset and a granular
 control-by-control reset, is a global Undo/Redo.

 I don't think this is very intuitive.
