 Steps to reproduce my issue.
 1/ Have many images in your media library.
 2/ Edit an existing post
 3/ In the Post Edit UI, Click on Add a Media.
 4/ Pick the "Media Library" tab
 5/ Watch your browser crawl as Wordpress is loading dozen of image
 previews.

 Solution? Default the dropdown to "Uploaded to this post" instead of "All
 media items".
