 I installed WordPress 4.0 and going to a taxonomy terms (such as
 categories at /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category) I get the
 following fatal error:

 Access level to WP_Terms_List_Table::get_columns() must be public (as in
 class WP_List_Table) in \wp-admin\includes\class-wp-terms-list-table.php
 on line 456
