 Toolbar ends up in weird place when scrolled up too quickly - with or
 without content in the editor field.

 (It was same on Mac+Safari )

 I guess scrolling by flicking on tablet is probably faster than scrolling
 on desktop. Perhaps Ipstenu's "HAANGS" and "staggered scrolling" on not
 iPad is a same issue?

 Also, triangle resize handle is gone too.
