 WordPress.tv update: I have the protocol-relative and mismatching schemes
 figured out, getting a patch reviewed before applying it (wp.tv runs on
 wp.com).

 On the other hand, I'm hitting a temporary wall with wp.tv itself playing
 its videos (though VideoPress) under SSL. Digging further into that.
