 The above patch adds in focus/blur styling to the language chooser.  These
 may not be the final colors, but it is something to get us started there.

 Next up from me is going to be keyboard scrolling of the inside box when
 navigating with a keyboard.

 Following that, keyboard based searching to jump to the language of your
 choice.
