Comment:

 Your update may have ended up with corrupted files. Please download a
 fresh [http://wordpress.org/latest.zip zip file] and extract everything in
 ''/wp-admin/'' (or the entire installation if that's easier) then FTP the
 extracted files to your site, overwriting all existing files.

 This is not the place to report site specific bugs, it is for bugs common
 to all sites. We would have certainly noticed this bug much earlier if it
 was happening to everyone :)
