 The <button> element implicitly has the role="button"§, but we could look
 at adding aria-pressed and aria-expanded attributes to the right elements,
 and updating with JS.

 § As per http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-aria-in-html-20131003
 /#recommendations-table role="button" is needed if using aria-pressed
 since some browsers don't recognise the latter without the former being
 present.
