 [25956] added a string to update warnings:
  (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org.
 Please contact your server administrator.)

 The string is not translatable, since it was introduced in a minor
 release. However, I guess we should make it translatable now. It seems
 weird and inconsistent when a translated string if followed by an English
 one.
