 If we can't get this fixed we'll either need to pull out the widget
 customizer or delay 3.9. I don't want to do either. DH-Shredder is going
 to try to coordinate this for the rest of the day. This is the highest
 priority ticket for 3.9 at the moment. Let's push through it.
