 As of [26995], you can not tab out of the title area to the next field.
 You can shift-tab out of the title area.

 Behavior exists in latest Chrome and Firefox in OSX.

 1. Navigate to Add New Media
 1. Drag/drop file to upload
 1. Click 'edit' after upload completes
 1. Click in title area
 1. Attempt to tab out of title area
