 Unbelievable. The plugin posted above worked until a few days ago, I have
 got a couple of post submissions with
 {{{
 <span style="line-height: 1.5em;">
 }}}
 Inserted all over.


 Is there any way we can adjust this plugin to remove these? Maybe this
 particular case, there are characters which the plugin is not looking for,
 like single/double quotation marks etc...
