 Patch 32 combines all the above plus:

 * Previous/Next buttons to browse themes *while* on the Preview mode. The
 sidebar updates immediately, while the preview has the delay that comes
 with reloading the iframe.
 * Includes the keyboard improvements from #27521.
 * Style improvements.
