 25603.16.diff adjusts the speed to be a bit faster and have a bit less
 variance.

 Also, I took a look at the performance and each lookup to zxcvbn was
 taking the most amount of time, so I added a simple cache so that we don't
 hit zxcvbn after the first time through.
