 The lightest green `5ff23d` which is mostly used for hover state has low
 contrast on white 1.4:1 so I'm changing this to `55d737` which is 1.8:1 on
 white

 The middle green changes from `35921f` to `41a62a` to give a little more
 difference between the middle and the darkest green.

 The darkest green which has already revised in #25054 remains the same.

 Also this patch makes link color in content sidebar to be the same as the
 main content for consistency.
