 We do have precedent for this, when we added Sidebars, we deactivated the
 common Sidebar plugins upon upgrade.

 This does re-enforce that even a plugin being developed "for core
 inclusion" should ALWAYS be developed with prefixes though so it doesn't
 fatal when/if it's included in core.
