 With the new design it's possible for PHP Warnings to be hidden behind the
 menu, for example:
 [[Image(https://i.cloudup.com/l7DV4PyHou.png)]]

 This happens when there is an Element outside of #wpwrap, and makes it
 hard for developers to debug code when their line of text is hidden behind
 the menu, xDebug at least has a lot of markup so it stretches out from
 behind the menu, but those running without xDebug, or who {{{echo
 "test";}}} will miss it much easier.
