 hi, I've been following this ticket and previously plugged patch 22363.2
 (http://wp.me/KmdR)
 Trying to apply patch 22363.8 also as a plugin but my technical knowledge
 is rather limited: getting 'Fatal error: Cannot redeclare
 sanitize_file_name()'

 Could someone have a look? I've put my code as a gist here:
