 It appears that the request for `after_bulk_actions_dropdown` is not
 covered by #16301 entirely. This would fire after the display of actions
 in the select menu.

 The filter request on bulk actions is a duplicate of #16301.
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/16031#comment:25 comment:25] on
 that ticket explains some of the decision to restrict to remove only at
 the time. I would recommend adding comments on that ticket related to the
 bulk actions filter.

 It's also worth noting that there are currently no actions in `class-wp-
 list-table.php`. These have been implemented more in the extensions of
 that class.
