Comment:

 Suggesting we close due to the reasoning laid out in #1593. Setting `From`
 to anything other than settings from the originating server can quickly
 cause spam issues.

 Filters are available to modify the default settings if different behavior
 is desired:

 * `comment_notification_recipients`
 * `comment_notification_headers`
