 I think people are getting lots of different goals, many which are good
 but not trying to be solved right now, mixed up in this ticket.

 If people want to add or enhance what's already in the feeds to be more
 useful, let's do that in *all* our feeds, not just a new one, and make a
 new ticket and thread for it.

 If people want programatic access to all of WP beyond what feeds currently
 provide, that falls more under the JSON API plugin / project.
