 25824.7.diff​:

 - Refreshes wp-admin.css tweaks in 25824.6.diff​.
 - Eliminates <div class='rss-title-row'> changes to in default-widgets.php
 (which was a RTL hack that wasn't even needed).
 - Fixes 1 fatal in wp-admin/post.php when submitting a quick draft.
 - Fixes auto-populating and highlighting of quick draft ideas upon submit
