 `curl --http1.0 https://www.google.de` results in `curl: (56) SSL read:
 error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0`. This is what WordPress
 is doing by default, setting all connections to forced HTTP 1.0 version.
 What's Google's violation here?
