 In 25821.patch: merge [http://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-area-chooser/
 Widgets Area Chooser] in core. Currently the styling is off as it matches
 MP6, but all of the functionality is there. Both the CSS and JS will need
 a little adjustment after MP6 is merged.
