 Another note on miqro-22692.2.patch :

 Changing the lookahead from negative {{{(?!\s)}}} to positive {{{(?=\S)}}}
 which I think is more readable, also has the effect of changing the
 expected output for a lone double quote, as in {{{wptexturize('"')}}}.

 I made that change on the assumption it would be trivial.
