 No, onLoad is a custom event in TinyMCE 3.x ('load' in 4.x) fired when the
 iframe body is loaded (it is literally fired by body.onload). However
 there are some browser inconsistencies with firing this event when the
 iframe html is set from JS. It seems it sometimes fires too soon in WebKit
 and IE10.
