 Hmm, this could cause problems with plugin/theme/core upgrades too. This
 isn't the only page it'll need to be disabled on.

 I think a blacklist is okay, but should heartbeat only run on a whitelist
 of pages? I don't have a problem with scaling it back a bit for 3.6 if
 necessary.
