Comment:

 I agree that it would be cool to explore something other than the standard
 list table layout for attachments, like we do for themes. However, a note
 that we should be avoiding the exclusive use of hover for information
 display, as it's neither accessible nor touch friendly. Also keep in mind
 that columns can be added/removed for post type list tables, which would
 have to be accommodated.
