 If I navigate to example.com/wp-admin I am redirected to the login page
 url, so in order for your idea to work, if I got it right, you need to
 change also the wp-admin path to be dynamic.

 Basically what you want to create is a second password that a user has to
 remember in order to be able to login, a password that will be set
 automatically by the software. How will the recovery process work if a
 user forgets this password, and how will it work when there are multiple
 users?
