 * Syncs the jQuery UI CSS styles with the current one
 * Hardcodes the old z-index values, since the zIndex attribute is
 [http://jqueryui.com/upgrade-guide/1.10/#removed-zindex-option gone]
 * Fixes the close button

 Patch tested in Chrome, Opera, Safari Firefox, IE 7-10. RTL tested too.
