  - removes :hover styling from disabled buttons (:active still there
 though)
  - reduces bottom padding very slightly. Tried changing line-height, but
 that only worked in Chrome, not Firefox

  - incorrectly had 'active' applied to the disabled buttons
  - incorrectly used null
  - adds 'big' button style
