 An example user case is for multiple color schemes/palettes, where you
 need access to each color picker default value as well as the current
 color value.

 When the color scheme/palette changes (say via a dropdown) and 'Default'
 is clicked the color picker value should revert to the current color
 scheme default value (which has been updated).

 Most themes these days include multiple color schemes and this core change
 makes it easier to integrate them with the customizer.
