 This is getting ridiculous. It's time to force our own version of jQuery
 and avoid it being unregistered/re-registered by conventional means.

 That's not to say it wouldn't be "impossible" (that's just not realistic),
 but it can prevent any plugin or theme doing its overriding blindly on
 init from breaking the admin.
