 Since updating to WordPress 3.5 on one of my development websites,
 everytime I go to the widgets page, I can no longer drag widgets.  As I
 use Firefox and Firebug, the error that is coming up is:

 TypeError: e is undefined
 [Break On This Error]

 ...eturn t?u.length:u?nt.error(e):L(e,a).slice(0)}function at(e,t,r){var
 i=t.dir,s=...

 load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery,utils&ver=3.5 (line 2)

 I think it is an error with JQuery.  It only happens on the widget page.
