 Lotsa polish in this one:

 * Clearer "puck" styles (including hover/focus) for more usability
 * Make `.wp-color-result` the keyboard accessible anchor instead of `.wp-
 color-wrap`: anchors inside anchors are scary.
 * Consistent `clear` events fired from `wpColorPicker`
 * Finish Customizer integration
 * Clean up custom-header integration
 * Fix styles for "Pick Color" label so it's i18n-able (variable widths)
