 Having noticed a few recent oembed providers being added (#21632, #21635),
 I figured Instagram might be a good candidate for addition as well. There
 are two plugins which provide this (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins
 /instagram-embed/ with 3,871 downloads and
 http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/oembed-instagram/ with 370 downloads),
 which may justify bringing this to core (maybe along the lines of what
 DrewAPicture and scribu noted [ticket:21635#comment:6] and
 [ticket:21635#comment:8]).

 Thoughts?
