 Just to add a note,

   it seems only fair for that profile page to reflect the activity of
 those translators on the local forums as well.

 should not be limited to one forum. Many of us contribute to several
 forums, so a user's activity should be listed from wordpress.org/support
 *and* all xx.forums.wordpress.org
