 Ok i do it now with an add_action('admin_init', 'my_setup'); and a compare
 between a saved and new version number.This works.
 It still is confusing that the manual update process says 'Plugin de-
 activated' and later 'Plugin activated successfully'. Maybe change it in
 'switched on' and 'off'?
