 If you look above, *I* left that idea in the comments, and I stand behind
 it.  I don't see how it's ridiculous to involve the community in this.
 After all, you said yourself that this is a pretty big deal, otherwise it
 wouldn't have been drug out this far - the community needs to know what's
 going on and have an input and a say in the final product.
