Comment:

 This is only a problem when a theme without a registered editor-style.css
 file is active. It was also present pre-r18103.

 Attached patch checks s.content_css before trying to use it.

 Remember that the changes have to be applied to the minified
 editor_plugin.js for testing since the .dev.js version is never loaded.
