 Note, registration and UI should and will be completely optional.  A
 selector in the edit post UI is useful for themes like Twenty Ten, but
 useless for themes that provide their own microblogging style UI that is
 separate from the edit post UI.  Themes that provide their own UI are only
 interested in having a naming and storage convention.
