#15167: setting illegal_names to empty string causes an error in ms-options.php:150
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: dvmorris | Owner:
Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component: Multisite | Version: 3.0.1
 Severity: normal | Keywords: illegal_names
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
When I create a new site, I see this on the ms-options.php page in the
 illegal_names field:

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /path/to/wordpress/wp-
 admin/ms-options.php on line 150

When I set it as an empty string, the Warning message is displayed again,
and it seems to save to the database again. If I set it to 'test' or
something other than an empty string, it seems to work fine.
