 Running a multisite on 3.0-RC1-15059 where I have several sites for
 development. After new site has been successfully added i.e.
 example.com/site it works fine, however folder in FTP does not exist nor
 gets created at all.

 Prior to this there are 3 sites added in without any issues whatsoever.

 This is the site http://wp2.me/onlinepress/ as you can see works normally.

 NB Today I've upgraded from Beta to RC1, could that cause the issue?
