Comment:

 My main problem is: It is altering the meaning of '''existing''' posts.
 This should never happen.
 So put it into a plugin – this would be a perfect replacement for the
 Hello Dolly demo. Or check at least if the filtered content is newer than
 this filter. The current implementation is just rude – which is not the
 WordPress way, I hope. :)
