 Jorbin: now I see that; the confusion is that people's eyes are going to
 see "publish immediately" and "publish" in that same box. Reverting to
 "Publish (immediately)" is clearer than referring to "Publish" twice for
 that same box. The parentheses are not in the line of siight, but
 "immediately" can change...

 On link-manager, I was suggesting adding a "the" rather than subtracting a
 "several"
