 Basically if there's a static home page and the current query is not for
 another page, `wp_page_menu()` gives the static home page page the
 `current_page_parent` class.

 I think that's questionable behavior, but in the interests of backwards
 compatibility, `current_page_parent-back-compat.13543.diff` does the same.
