 We meant to have this kind of help text in the help tab back in 2.7, we
 just never got around to it. It all seems obvious to us, but if you've
 watched new users trying to get up to speed, you understand that often the
 web-savviness level is low to non-existent.

 The fact that Xavier, who wrote a book on using WordPress, learned
 something from it shows that it's not only useful to newbies.
