 The down arrow on menu items currently doesn't close the menu item details
 in no-js. Since we've removed the "close" link, we probably should patch
 that as well.

 Also, if anyone is interested in patching any of the remaining tasks, feel
 free (though I will try and get to them over the next few days). If you
 have any questions about direction or implementation, ping me.
